We tailor our programmes to the priorities and potential of the people involved and the needs of the client.
Our programmes help leaders to build mindsets, connections and approaches that enable them to thrive and adapt to change.
We develop networks of leaders who know their values and leadership style, have built and tested their skills, have new tools and resources to draw on, and a firm plan in place for how they will put their leadership into action - for their organisations, communities and sectors.

Royal Opera House
Leaders for Impact
Co-direct annual Leaders for Impact cultural learning leadership development programme, now in its 5th year. The programme is for headteachers and senior leaders in education, and includes year-round activities and digital learning. Ongoing user research informs the programme design and development.

DCMS
Digital Leadership Programme
Co-directed a Digital Leadership Programme for cultural leaders, in partnership with Cornwall Museums Partnership. We developed a series of seminars and a residential board retreat designed to build the confidence, capacity and skills of arts and cultural organisations in their use of digital. This programme was one of only 13 projects being supported by the DCMS Digital Leadership Fund.

Digital Summer School & Unconference
Digital Leadership programme for South West and Wales and Midlands4Cities AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership PhD students. Facilitation of workshop sessions at residential summer school, and an online unconference.
