Ellen is a freelance business coach, creative facilitator and strategist with a background in cultural, creative and social entrepreneurship.
Ellen applies coaching, startup methodology and traditional business development approaches to foster a more entrepreneurial approach to leadership and change. She designs and delivers enterprise and innovation programmes for clients such as Nesta, Innovate UK, British Council, Crafts Council, Warwick Ventures and Frontline.
Her work with organisations involves creating income generation strategies, adapting and implementing new business models, accessing alternative finance and leadership coaching.
